Nairobi – Mt. Kenya

Met on arrival at the Airport or at your city hotel by our tour representative for briefing. Depart for the drive to Mt. Kenya national park passing through beautiful Kikuyu land with a brief stop along the equator. You will arrive in time for lunch at serena mountain lodge. Afternoon at leisure at the lodge with game viewing at the lodge waterhole or from your room balcony.

Day 2

Mt Kenya – Samburu

Early morning breakfast. Depart for the drive to Samburu National Reserve arriving early in time for lunch at samburu sopa lodge. Located inside the Samburu National Reserve in Northern Kenya, Ashnil Samburu lodge is built atop high ground allowing panaromic views of the vastness of Samburu shrub land and the hills beyond.
The lodge is built to reflect the architectural heritage of the local communities whose sons and daughters make up the majority of the work force at the lodge. Fifteen cottages, each with two bedrooms are built in an arch formation on either side of the public areas to surround the waterhole but leaving a wide gap to allow the animals free movement to the water.
Afternoon game drives in search of game with meals and overnight at your AShnil samburu lodge.

Day 3

Samburu national reserve

Spend the entire day on game drives in the vast samburu national reserve where you will have a chance to see rare animals. Samburu game reserve with unlimited game viewing drives along the banks of the Ewaso nyiro River you will see Lion, grevy’s Zebra, Cheetah, Bufallo, Elephant, Oryx, reticulated Giraffe, somali ostrich etc are among the many animal species seen at the samburu game reserve.

Day 4

Samburu – Nairobi

Early morning game viewing drive in search of game returning back in time for breakfast. Depart Samburu game reserve with short game drive en route for Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. You will be dropped off at your city hotel or at the Airport for your flight back home or continue with safari to other parks in Kenya or Tanzania or beach holiday in Mombasa.
